• Account Information: We collect information provided through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, such as your name and email address.
• Usage Data: We track the number of songs generated to manage your daily and lifetime quotas.
• Device Information: We may collect basic diagnostic data to improve app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create personalized song lyrics and music via our AI partners.
• To maintain Lyra's "memory" and provide emotional continuity in your interactions.
• To manage your Pro subscriptions and enforce usage limits.
• To provide technical support and respond to your inquiries.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We use third-party AI services to process data:

• Google Gemini: For audio analysis and lyric generation.
• Mureka API: For music synthesis.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with these partners is used strictly for generating your content.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your recordings and generated songs are stored securely on Firebase.
• You have the right to delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" button in the App Settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data, voice recordings, and generated songs will be permanently wiped from our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Hello Lyra is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
